FULL PROJECT BUDGET
Budget for the whole project
The pod and equipment are part of the cost. Site preparation, foundation work, utilities, delivery, installation, and applicable taxes or approval costs may also affect the budget.
Include the ongoing work too: coaching coverage, maintenance, and the resources needed to run the sessions. A facility is more useful when the plan extends beyond delivery day.
OPTIONS TO DISCUSS
Funding approaches to discuss
An organizational investment
Show which teams will use the space, how the schedule will work, and what pressure it could take off existing facilities. Bring the facilities and purchasing teams into the conversation early.
Donors, alumni, and boosters
A specific need is easier to explain than a general request for new equipment. Describe the athletes who lack access today and the training opportunities your plan is intended to provide. Use your organization's approved fundraising process.
Sponsorship
A local business or program supporter may want to support the project. Any recognition, signage, or naming arrangement needs to fit your organization's policies and the approved FLXPOD configuration. Don't promise a placement before it has been reviewed.
Program revenue
Summer programs or clinics may be part of an operating plan where staffing, demand, and organizational rules support them. Estimate participation and expenses before treating revenue as a funding source.
In the first-FLXPOD case study, six weeks of programming generated revenue sufficient to cover the original pod investment. That describes one project's revenue result. It is not a statement of net profit or a payback promise for another program.

Asking about financing or leasing?
Contact FLXPOD to discuss your purchasing needs and whether any arrangements are available for your project. This page does not offer credit or advertise an approved financing or leasing program. Any available arrangement would require separate eligibility review and written terms.

Bring a proposal people can assess
Your initial brief should explain who benefits, where the pod would go, how it will be staffed, the proposed schedule, the full budget, and who needs to approve the project.
You don't need a complicated pitch. You need a clear need and a workable plan.
