OWNER SUPPORT

KEEP THE SPACE READY FOR THE NEXT SESSION.

Maintenance works better when someone owns it. Give your staff a clear routine for checking the space, reporting concerns, and keeping records.

Use the instructions supplied for your FLXPOD and each installed component. This page helps organize that work; it is not a substitute for the maintenance requirements of your unit.

ROUTINE 01

Before a session

Have the responsible staff member check that the training area and circulation paths are clear. Look for visible damage, unexpected movement, surface problems, water intrusion, or equipment that has been left out of place.

If an item or area appears unsafe, keep it out of use until it has been assessed appropriately. Reporting a problem should be easier than working around it.

ROUTINE 02

After a session

Return equipment to its assigned storage and remove debris from the training area. Clean equipment and surfaces using methods approved for the actual materials and products installed.

Avoid guessing which chemicals, tools, or cleaning methods are suitable. Check the relevant instructions if you're unsure.

SCHEDULED CARE

Put scheduled care on the calendar

Build the maintenance schedule from the supplied manuals, use level, and site conditions. Assign responsibility for checking the structure and openings, racks and storage, flooring, drainage, electrical components, and any optional equipment as applicable.

Use qualified personnel where required. Follow component-specific instructions for inspection, adjustment, and service; there is no universal bolt torque, lubricant, cleaning product, or service interval on this page.

UNUSUAL CONDITIONS

Check after unusual conditions

Follow your facility plan after severe weather, flooding, an impact, or another event that may affect the installation. Keep affected areas out of use until the appropriate inspection or review is complete.

Before relocation or modification, discuss the proposed work and its implications for the structure, site, utilities, equipment, and warranty.

RECORDS

Keep a simple record

Record the date, person completing the check, area or component, observation, action taken, and any follow-up needed. Note who is responsible for resolving an issue and when the affected item is cleared to return to use.

A short, consistent record is more useful than a detailed checklist nobody completes.
