DOCUMENTS
Find the applicable documents
Keep your purchase agreement, final configuration, delivery record, and supplied warranty information together. Check those documents for the coverage period, covered work or components, exclusions, reporting steps, and available remedies.
This page explains how to begin a warranty inquiry. It does not replace or expand the terms that apply to your purchase or any applicable rights.
COMPONENTS
Identify the part involved
A concern may relate to the pod, installation work, or a separately manufactured piece of equipment. Identify the component as clearly as you can so the relevant documents and support path can be reviewed.
Equipment and device manufacturers may provide separate warranty terms. Refer to the documentation for the actual item rather than assuming every component has identical coverage.
INQUIRY CHECKLIST
What to include in your inquiry
- Your organization and project location.
- A project, order, or unit reference, if available.
- The component involved and a description of the issue.
- When the issue was first noticed.
- Whether the affected item is still in use.
- What photographs, delivery records, or maintenance records you have available for follow-up.
Use the contact form to start the inquiry. Don't include payment information, athlete records, or sensitive documents.
SAFE USE
If the issue could affect safe use
Stop using the affected equipment or area and follow your facility's safety procedures. Do not attempt structural or electrical repairs based on a website description. Use the relevant product instructions and qualified assistance.
NEXT STEP
Questions before purchase?
Ask to review the warranty terms that would apply to the proposed configuration before signing. Clarify the coverage period, component responsibilities, claim process, and any service costs or limitations.
