Our goal

Our goal is to improve accessibility using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference. This is an improvement goal, not a claim that every part of the website currently meets that standard.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter a barrier while browsing, reading product information, or using Plan Your FLXPOD, send us a message through our contact page and start it with “Website Accessibility.” You can also use that form to request information or discuss a project if a website feature is difficult to use.

If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and a brief description of the issue. You may include your browser or assistive technology if helpful. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

What happens next

We will review your message and work with you to provide the information or assistance you need. Some linked websites and third-party services are outside our control, but we welcome reports of barriers encountered through our website.
