FLXPOD Performance Systems, LLC (“FLXPOD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates getflxpod.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website and related project inquiries.

Information you provide

When you use Plan Your FLXPOD, contact us, or discuss a project, we collect the information you submit. Our planner collects your name, email address, organization, sport or program, city and state, primary use, site readiness, the site dimensions and athlete-capacity numbers you enter, the equipment options you select, and any additional notes you write. Our contact form collects your name, work email, organization, organization type, role or title, city and state, the topic of your inquiry, your message, and a phone number if you choose to provide one. If you contact us outside a form, we also receive the information included in that communication.

Please provide your own business contact information. Do not submit athlete rosters, student records, medical information, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal information through the project planner or contact form.

Information collected through the website

Our website is hosted on the Lovable platform, which serves the site over HTTPS and keeps standard hosting and security records of requests, such as IP address, request time, the page or endpoint requested, and browser user-agent information. Our hosting platform also serves a first-party analytics script from our own domain (/~flock.js) that reports website usage such as page views and referral information to an endpoint on our own domain (/~api/analytics). We use that information to understand which pages are used. We do not control the internal collection, cookie, identifier, or retention behavior of our hosting platform’s analytics and logging, and we cannot describe it beyond what is stated here; if you want to know more before browsing, contact us using the form on our contact page.

The city and state you enter in a form is information you submit, and is not derived from your IP address. Our website code includes no advertising tags, retargeting pixels, social media trackers, embedded third-party video or maps, or cross-site advertising identifiers.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your program and proposed location, discuss configurations, prepare project recommendations or estimates, and maintain related communications. We also use information as needed to operate and protect the website, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not operate a marketing email list, and submitting a form does not enroll you in marketing email.

When we disclose information

We disclose information to the service providers that operate this website and handle inquiries, to the extent needed for those services. Those providers are:

• Lovable — website hosting, the platform analytics described above, and delivery of the notification email generated when you submit a form.
• Supabase — the managed database, provisioned through Lovable, where form submissions are stored.

When you submit a form, a copy of your submission is also emailed to a private FLXPOD mailbox so our team can respond. We do not currently use a CRM, marketing platform, or third-party spam-filtering service on these forms.

If your project requires involvement from an equipment, engineering, delivery, or installation partner, we may provide relevant project details to help evaluate or coordinate the work, limited to what is needed for that purpose.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud, or address a security incident. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We do not disclose inquiry information to advertising networks or data brokers, and no advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising technology is installed on this website. Our service providers receive information in order to run the website and handle inquiries on our behalf.

Cookies, storage, and browser signals

Our own website code sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and stores no tracking identifiers in your browser’s local or session storage. Cookies or similar storage may be set by our hosting platform in connection with hosting, security, and the platform analytics described above; we do not control or configure that behavior and therefore do not list specific cookie names or lifetimes here.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. Browser cookie settings do not necessarily control information you have already submitted to us, or all server-side processing.

We do not currently operate a mechanism that changes website behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Retention

Form submissions are stored in our database, and the notification copy remains in our email mailbox, until we delete them. We keep them for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, considering the status of your inquiry or project, our ongoing relationship, recordkeeping obligations, security needs, and the establishment or defense of legal claims. We have not adopted a fixed deletion schedule, and we will not describe one here until we do. You can ask us to delete information associated with your inquiry at any time.

Your requests and choices

You can use the form on our contact page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry. Please write “Privacy Request” at the start of your message so we can route it. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Please do not send a government-issued ID unless we specifically arrange a secure, appropriate verification method.

Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our business, you may have additional privacy rights. We handle requests according to applicable law, including any exceptions that allow or require us to retain information.

You may ask us to stop promotional communications. We may still respond to your project requests or send necessary non-promotional communications.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on our server, and the database is configured so that website visitors can submit an inquiry but cannot read, change, or delete stored submissions. Access to stored submissions is limited to FLXPOD and our hosting and database providers. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s information

This website’s project inquiry services are intended for adults representing schools, clubs, facilities, and other organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

This policy does not serve as a parental consent form for athlete participation, training, or use of athlete images.

Processing locations and external websites

FLXPOD operates in the United States. Our website hosting, database, and email delivery are operated by the providers named above, and the locations where they process information are determined by those providers.

Our website may link to other organizations or social platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
