QUICK ANSWERS
Common questions
Does submitting a plan place an order?+
No. It starts a project conversation. Scope, pricing, timing, and commitments are established separately in writing.
How many athletes can train at once?+
That depends on the usable area, equipment, activity, athlete needs, and coaching coverage. Plan groups across the pod and surrounding training area. Daily throughput and simultaneous occupancy are different measures.
Can I use equipment we already own?+
Include it in your configuration discussion. Suitability, fit, and installation need review before it becomes part of the plan.
Does purchasing a pod include coaching or programming?+
Confirm any services in your written scope. A physical training space does not by itself provide staffing, coaching, or a managed training program.
Where can I find the documents for my unit?+
Start with the project and delivery records held by your organization. If you need help identifying the relevant documentation, contact FLXPOD with the project or unit reference you have.
