Website purpose and project inquiries

The website provides general information about FLXPOD products, training spaces, and project planning. Submitting a form, using a planning tool, or exchanging preliminary information does not place an order, reserve production capacity, establish a delivery date, or create a purchase agreement.

Any purchase, engineering engagement, delivery, installation, warranty, or other project commitment must be set out in a separate written agreement with the appropriate parties. If an executed project agreement conflicts with these website terms on a project matter, that agreement controls.

Product information and visual representations

Product specifications, configurations, renderings, and dimensions on this website are provided for general planning purposes and may change. Final site requirements, engineering, permitting, equipment configuration, delivery requirements, and installation scope are determined for each project.

Stated container dimensions are nominal exterior dimensions, not usable interior dimensions or the complete space required for installation and operation. Allowances for equipment movement, barbell clearance, access, circulation, surrounding training areas, and applicable requirements must be evaluated for the specific project.

Concept renderings and illustrative images may show optional equipment, proposed features, landscaping, or surrounding facilities that are not included in a standard configuration. Photographs show a particular installation at a particular time. Final inclusions and dimensions are established in the project documents.

Pricing, estimates, and availability

Website pricing, examples, and planning estimates, where provided, are informational. Final pricing depends on the agreed configuration and scope, including applicable site preparation, engineering, delivery, installation, taxes, and other project requirements. Website estimates are not binding quotes. Written quotes may have their own validity periods and conditions.

Features, equipment availability, and scheduling may change. These website terms do not permit us to alter obligations already established in a signed agreement.

Site suitability and approvals

The website does not determine whether a location is suitable for a FLXPOD or establish compliance with zoning, building, electrical, fire, accessibility, or other requirements. Site conditions, foundations, drainage, delivery access, utilities, and approvals require project-specific evaluation by the appropriate parties and qualified professionals.

Responsibility for engineering, permits, site work, inspections, and installation is allocated in the applicable project agreements. Do not begin site work solely on the basis of website illustrations or general dimensions.

Training information and results

Training articles and examples are general educational information. They are not individualized coaching, medical advice, or a substitute for appropriate professional supervision. Training and equipment use involve risks and should be matched to participants, conditions, equipment instructions, and applicable safety requirements.

Case studies, testimonials, and capacity examples describe particular circumstances. Athlete outcomes, daily throughput, revenue, costs, and payback depend on factors including coaching, scheduling, program design, demand, pricing, and expenses. They do not guarantee results for another program.

Ownership and permitted use

Website text, graphics, logos, original designs, and other content are owned by FLXPOD or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. Applicable intellectual property rights remain with their owners.

You may view the website, share links, and download or print materials specifically provided for that purpose for personal use or internal project evaluation.
